    The new MaxxMASS product line features flowmeters for low, medium, and high throughput capacities, designed for direct high-precision mass measurement of crude oil, petroleum products, and any chemical reagents.

    Key feature: direct measurement of product mass and density across a wide range, leveraging the Coriolis effect, with minimal pressure drop during operation. The instrument features no moving parts, thereby reducing operational costs and mitigating premature wear.

    DN25-DN350 – commercial and technological metering of hydrocarbons at mainline nodes, product receipt and delivery points, fueling and refueling facilities, and throughout the entire technological process chain at the enterprise to ensure precise dosing of reagents and process components

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

  • Our instrument successfully replaces imported devices of any throughput capacity across various measurement types, including turbine, Coriolis, and ultrasonic flowmeters.
  • Modernization of mainline and commercial metering units (CMU), fueling facilities, and process metering based on MaxxMASS instruments without extensive infrastructure modifications (essentially a "Flange-to-Flange" installation)
  • Opportunity for standardization of material balance accounting and expansion of digitalization boundaries for oil and petroleum product flows through transition to a new metering instrument
